PS254 Left Ventricular Dyssynchrony and Regional Wall Motion Abnormalities Evaluated by Myocardial Perfusion Gated Tc99m Mibi Spect Studies as Ancilliary Markers of Ischemia
Ischemia has demonstrated to be responsible of transient regional wall motion (RWM) abnormalities and fall in Left Ventricular (LV) Ejection Fraction. LV dyssynchrony (LVD) measured by gated Myocardial Perfusion Imaging (MPI) quantitative indices given by phase analysis have shown controversial results in being a marker of post stress myocardial ischemic stunning.
