PS260 A Case Report of the Incidental Identification of Pericardial Effusion on Myocardial Perfusion Scan

We report a case of incidental identification of pericardial effusion on myocardial perfusion scan. There are few studies suggested to target the issues of sensitivity and specificity of MPI scan for the assessment of pericardial effusion.
