Long-term home mechanical ventilation due to obesity hypoventilation syndrome

We read the article by Andreas Palm et  al. [1] carefully and congratulate the authors on their study. The prevalence of OHS is increasing alongside with the obesity epidemic, with significant morbidity and mortality associated [2–4].
