D ‐cycloserine found ineffective in CBT augmentation for pediatric OCD

Even after intervention with cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for obsessive‐compulsive disorder (OCD), some patients still have symptoms. An antibiotic, D‐cycloserine, has been shown to enhance CBT outcomes for adults with OCD, but according to a new study, it is ineffective in youth.
