Jiang et al. show that inhibition of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) reduces immunosuppression and fibrosis in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and can improve the efficacy of both chemotherapy and immunotherapy in PDAC mouse models.
