Inflammation ‐induced transgene expression in genetically engineered equine mesenchymal stem cells

ConclusionsThe results of the present study demonstrate that on demand transgene expression from the NFkB‐responsive promoter using naturally occurring inflammatory cytokines can be induced in undifferentiated and chondrogenically differentiated equine MSCs.
