The majority of thyroid lymphomas are diffuse large cell of B-cell origin. A 65 year female & nbsp; presented with diffuse enlargement of thyroid gland since 20 days. There was no pain or difficulty in swallowing. Cytological findings were suggestive of malignant round cell tumor with closest resemblance to non- Hodgkins lymphoma.
