The association between body mass index and outcome after coronary artery bypass grafting operations [ADULT CARDIAC]

CONCLUSIONS Class I and Class II/III obesity (BMI ≥30 kg/m2) was associated with increased pulmonary morbidity after CABG operations. There was no difference in mortality or infection morbidity in any BMI group compared with the normal group.
