ConclusionsThe combination of a minimally invasive robotic assisted extralevator abdominoperineal excision performed in the modified Lloyd‐Davis position with reconstruction of the perineum with pedicled gracilis flaps has excellent oncologic outcomes and acceptable wound healing complications.
