Acute nutrient regulation of mitochondrial glutathione redox state in pancreatic {beta}-cells

In conclusion, this study demonstrates that glucose and other nutrients acutely reduce mitochondrial but not cytosolic/nuclear EGSH in pancreatic β-cells under control conditions.
