Risk factors for cardiopulmonary dysfunction in early-onset severe pre-eclampsia
Conclusions Renal insufficiency and ascites were associated with cardiopulmonary dysfunction. Ascites should receive greater medical attention during the expectant management of early-onset severe pre-eclampsia.
