High-throughput sequencing reveals differential expression of miRNAs in prehierarchal follicles of laying and brooding geese
This study revealed the miRNAs that were directly involved in follicular atresia, and our results added to the understanding of the functional involvement of miRNAs during specific stages of follicle development.
