Three dimensional evaluation of different implant prosthetic retention systems: fem e von mises study.

CONCLUSIONS: Clinicians should choice the better prosthetic solution compared with the ridge they want to prosthetically restore. Both retention systems offers long term success if applied following the manufacture guide limitations and suggestions.
