In the May 1, 2016 issue of Clinical Microbiology Newsletter, Vol. 38, No. 9, In the article “Polymyxin Susceptibility Testing: a Cold Case Reopened,” Table 2 on page 73 contained values for EUCAST intermediate breakpoints for colistin. In actuality, there are no such values; the correct Table 2 is shown below. We apologize for this error.
