CYP gene family variants as a potential risk factors in drug addiction in Han Chinese

ConclusionOur findings show that allelic and genotypic in CYP3A4 and CYP1A2 are significantly associated with a reduced risk of drug addiction in Xi'an Han Chinese individuals. The result is needed to be further confirmed.
