Losing smarts through your smartphone: Multimedia use and achievement

Teenagers are legendary for their media multitasking, for example watching TV while texting and listening to Spotify with the other ear. Recent research shows that multimedia use is not without a cost: More media multitasking is associated with poorer executive functioning and worse academic achievement.
