Urothelial Carcinoma With Villoglandular Differentiation: A Rare Entity

We describe a rare case of urothelial neoplasm with villoglandular differentiation along with its immunohistochemical profile arising in an elderly male. Its poor prognosis signifies its need to be recognized.
