Acute myocardial infarction with simultaneous involvement of right coronary artery and left anterior descending artery: A case report

We report a case of 56-year-old man presenting with persistent chest pain and ST-segment elevation in precordial and inferior leads in electrocardiography (ECG). Emergent coronary angiogram showed total occlusion of both right coronary artery (RCA) and the left anterior descending artery (LAD). We performed successful thrombus aspiration and stenting of LAD and RCA both.
