OCD, Depression and Suicide

Suicidal OCD was once thought of as a Purely Obsessional or 'Pure O' type of OCD, meaning the thoughts are not accompanied by compulsions. However, current research indicates that most people with Suicidal OCD engage in mental acts as compulsions. These may include praying, thinking positive thoughts, seeking reassurance and other things.
