Primary Intracranial Extradural Meningiomas: A Report of 5 Cases and Literature Review

Conclusions: PIEMs have some marked clinical characteristics. Total tumor removal together with a wide excision of all involved tissues followed by the reconstruction of tissue defects is the best surgical project. The prognosis is excellent after surgical complete resection.
