Total left main coronary artery occlusion with normal ECG and normal LV function: A rare case

It is almost incompatible with life. Review by D E Ward showed that 6 patients (0.04%) out of 11,900 patients undergoing angiography had complete left main occlusion. 1 Hence, we present the rare case of total occlusion of left main coronary artery in normal healthy person with normal electrocardiogram with normal left ventricular function.
