What we have learned about treating mild gestational diabetes mellitus
This article will review the benefits of mild GDM treatment, and related risk factors, on short-term and long-term maternal and neonatal/child outcomes, with an emphasis on research conducted by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development Maternal–Fetal Medicine Units Network.
