[Diagnostic difficulties in diagnosis of Hodgkin's disease in a young man - a case report].
Conclusions: Mediastinal tumours may cause diagnostic difficulties and, to avoid mistakes, typical histological studies should be complemented by targeted immunohistochemical tests.
