Sclerosing hemangioma: A diagnostic dilemma in fine needle aspiration cytology

We present a case of sclerosing hemangioma diagnosed on FNA with immunohistochemistry performed on an accompanied cell block. The clinical presentation, cytomorphology, immunohistochemistry, and differential diagnoses are discussed.
