Fear and Loathing in Resident Land: Responding To Unexpected ACGME Survey Results (Greg Kirschner MD, MPH)

This lecture/discussion explores residency program responses to unexpected ACGME resident survey findings, particularly in the area of fear and intimidation. The 4 year experience of one residency program is shared, with respect to understanding resident answers to the survey, sources of fear, implications for program improvement and action plan development.
