Heart rate is a well-known sign of clinical prognosis patient with congestive heart failure with cardiogenic shock. This case supported the fact that Ivabradine, a specific inhibitor of If channel, which aim to decreasing heart rate and oxygen demand in congestive heart failure condition with cardiogenc shock.
