Entrepreneurship Expert to Deliver RLI Summit Keynote Address

Reston, VA — Leonard A. Schlesinger, DBA, MBA, entrepreneurship expert, Harvard Business School professor and author of the recent book, “What Great Service Leaders Know and Do: Creating Breakthroughs in Service Firms,” will deliver the Sept. 9 keynote address at the American College of Radiology’s (ACR’s) Radiology Leadership Institute® (RLI) Summit. Schlesinger, who has also served as president of Babson College, in Wellesley, Mass., the top-ranked college for entrepreneurship education — and site of the annual RLI Summit — will address “What Great Radiology Leaders Know and Do.” The fifth annual meeting, which will be held Sept. 8–11, focuses on “Leading Value Creation – Personal and Organizational.” “This year’s dynamic keynoter has addressed issues of strategy, service quality, customer satisfaction, entrepreneurship, human resources and organizational change for more than 200 major corporations, non-profit organizations, governments and international leadership organizations around the world,” said Frank J.
