Cutaneous vasculitis associated with Helicobacter pylori
We report a 65-year-old man who presented with cutaneous vasculitis accompanied by gastric Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. The gastro intestinal manifestations and purpuric lesions were dramatically resolved after Hp eradication therapy.
