Swallowing dysfunction in myotonic dystrophy: a retrospective study of symptomatology and radiographic findings.

CONCLUSIONS: Pharyngeal transport was most affected in this patient population. Muscular weakness seems to be the major contributor to swallowing impairment in MD.
