Distal Ulna Allograft for Proximal Humerus Fractures
In this report, we describe the use of a distal ulna allograft for reconstruction of proximal humerus fractures. Because of its anatomic curve, the distal ulna may aid in reduction and help prevent varus collapse. Surgical technique, procedure pearls, and results are described.
