Travel burden and dentist bypass among dentally insured children
ConclusionsTravel burden was greater among Medicaid‐enrolled children. Lower rates of bypass, in conjunction with lower rates of dental utilization in this population, may indicate a distance threshold beyond which dental care becomes unattainable.
