Repair of Intraoperative Injury to the Medial Collateral Ligament During Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty

Conclusions: Our results suggest that intraoperative MCL injury can be treated with primary repair followed by hinged knee bracing without the need for increased prosthetic constraint.
