Co-existence of Carcinoma Tongue with Pulmonary Tuberculosis.

We present the case of a 45-year-old male diagnosed to have carcinoma base of tongue, whose chest radiograph showed bilateral lung infiltrates and was referred for evaluation of suspected pulmonary metastases.
