Identification of Endogenous Controls for Use in miRNA Quantification in Human Cancer Cell Lines

Conclusion: We identified a single and a pair of miRNAs suitable for use as endogenous controls when performing qPCR-based miRNA expression analyses in human cancer cell lines.
