Venous thromboembolism: What pharmacists know? What do they need?

Conclusion
Training sessions on the management of venous thromboembolism in cancer are currently available to pharmacists in the region. A new assessment of knowledge will be performed at the end of the year 2014. This regional experience is now extended to a national level (all French regions).
