Use of Medical Dental Sleep Appliance in the management of severe obstructive sleep apnoea: A case series
The objective assessment was made by comparing base line AHI (apnoea–hypopnoea index) and AHI with appliance in situ which showed an improvement of 99% and 55%, respectively. The secondary objective is to provide an overview of clinical and laboratory steps in the fabrication of MDSA.
