Stemless humeral component in reverse shoulder prosthesis in patient with Parkinson's disease: a case report.

CONCLUSION: In selected cases of patients with PD, after carefully analysis of bone quality, the use of a stemless component is of benefit in the possible revision cases for periprosthetic fractures and the use of an anterosuperior exposure reduces the percentage of instability.
