Coronary artery dimensions: Iranian population versus Indo-Asians and Caucasians

Conclusion Our data indicate larger coronary diameters in the Iranian population compared to Caucasians or South-Asians. Hence the high prevalence of coronary artery disease in Iran cannot be explained by coronary dimensions.
