Uniportal thoracoscopic management of middle lobe torsion after upper lobectomy

We present the case of a 67-year-old woman diagnosed with right middle lobe torsion 5 days after thoracotomy and right upper lobectomy for squamous carcinoma of the lung. A thoracoscopic right middle lobectomy was successfully performed utilizing a single 4-cm port placed along the midaxillary line in the 5th intercostal space.
