Severity of Community acquired pneumonia in asthma patients. How and what are linked?

We have read with great interest the study by Terraneo et al.[1] on the little explored subject of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in asthmatic patients. Although this is described as a prospective study, interventions and evaluations done to the patients differ.
