Influence of Psychological Empowerment on Organizational Commitment among Medical Employees in a Hospital Setting

Conclusions: Due to The positive influence of psychological empowerment on organizational commitment, programs for in-service education should focus on facilitating psychological empowerment to improve and increase organizational commitment.
