Normalization of Lung Function Following Treatment of Secondary Usual Interstitial Pneumonia: A Case Report
This report suggests that occasionally, patients with secondary UIP occurring in the context of otherwise undefinable autoimmune clinical syndromes may be responsive to immunosuppressive therapy.
