ConclusionOnly patients that did not discontinue hormonal treatment showed feminized blood levels on the day of SRS. The ones who stopped re‐virilized quickly. Interestingly, testicular histology was highly heterogeneous irrespective of the treatment strategy, a phenomenon that requires further investigation.
