Osteoprotegerin and zoledronate bone effects during orthodontic tooth movement
ConclusionLocal delivery of OPG‐Fc or zoledronate inhibits bone resorption and therefore tooth movement. OPG‐Fc was more effective than zoledronate in blocking the action of osteoclasts.
