A rare case of normotensive HELLP syndrome complicated with massive ascites: Spontaneous resolution

The risk factor for development of ascites is extensive structural damage of the microvasculature in patients complicated by HELLP. The aim of this study is to report a case with HELLP syndrome complicated with massive ascites after vaginal delivery that eventually resolved spontaneously.
