Conclusion Antibiotics, statins, anti-inflammatory agents, selenium, vitamin D (25-hydroxyvitamin D), Ace-inhibitors, smoking cessation and well-controlled COPD inhibit AAA growth. Other novel therapies could aid in regression of AAA in future and their long-term results are awaited.
