Atomoxetine and parent training improve ADHD symptoms and noncompliance in children with ASD

Children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who also have attention‐deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are also likely to have noncompliance — ignoring, refusing, defying, or arguing. Stimulants, while they work well for typically developing children with ADHD, have lower response rates in children with ASD.
