Effect of curcumin on the interaction between androgen receptor and Wnt/β-catenin in LNCaP xenografts.

CONCLUSIONS: This study revealed that curcumin initially interferes with prostate cancer growth by inhibiting AR activity and possibly by reducing PSA expression.
