IgA nephropathy with early kidney disease is associated with increased arterial stiffness and renin-angiotensin system activity

Conclusion: Even in the setting of early kidney disease, IgA nephropathy is associated with increased arterial stiffness and decreased angiotensin II responsiveness, a marker of increased RAS activity.
