Benefits of combination of insulin degludec and liraglutide (IDegLira) are independent of baseline HbA1c and duration of type 2 diabetes.

CONCLUSIONS: IDegLira effectively lowered HbA1c across a range of parameters implying suitability for patients with either early or advanced T2D.
